Good food.. go in and sit and wait. order and wait in line then sit and wait for your food. Needs to change the process

Food was excellent. Priced on the high end of moderate. Value matches the price. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. A bit slow on restocking foods to have cooked. Had to miss a couple and got the last of a few others. Otherwise, it would have been 5 starts.

I loved being able to choose what i wanted in my bowl and the sauces to add. It was also nice being able to pick designed bowls for family members who aren't adventurous.

Love this place you can create your own bowl or choose from theirs. Always hits the spot ❤️

I had not been here in a few years and went to lunch with a friend and was delightfully surprised! I got the regular size bowl and the choices of proteins was great and I got the beef, and shrimp and then packed on the veggies. The choices of seasonings and sauces was so good and then for the starch I got the fried rice with egg and it was amazing! The service was great and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. She explained how things worked and was kind about it. The food was very flavorful and plentiful and a good value for the price. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this place.

Great food if you can get it. Only one server and only allowed a few tables. Lost our and several others business today, maybe manager should get off his butt and wait a few tables till he gets some help in.

Came here today March 6, 2018, mind you been here numerous times, even when first opened. You get the choice of size of bowl; small, regular or large and then you walk through the line choosing your ingredients such as meats, vegetables, seasonings, sauce, along with with rice, lo main noodles or spiral noodles. Then it is cooked on a big round grill and brought out to you. Food always been good, cause your making your own dish. My only issues is the service is slow, and patrons should be acknowledged sooner, seen several customers walk out. Hopefully this place will address this issue.

We like the flexibility the place offers when it comes to different dietary restrictions. On the recent trip, the service wasn't the best though.

Great food and a very friendly staff.

The concept is great. But this place just is NOT what it used to be. I ordered a large bowl for takeout which usually is so much food that we would have leftovers. You can get up to 3 sides I believe, but we only got 2. There was about half a cup of rice and half a cup of noodles. We were so disappointed we will not be returning.

I always enjoy Genghis Grill. The manger last night was very engaging with his customers and ensured everything was up to expectations. One note, the food bar can get a little messy from time to time, but they are usually quick to clean and restock it.When creating your bowl you can stack your selections as high as you want. Because if that there is not much difference between a small bowl or a large bowl, except for price.Order the pot stickers for an appetizer, they are delicious!

The food was good but service was bad the server we had was more interested in hanging on her boyfriend/husband than she was taking care of her customers she needs hang on him at home not at work. I'm a really good tipper but when you get service like that you dont get a tip you get a note telling you why you didnt

Delicious Mongolian BBQ with a great assortment of meats and sauces. A little sad that they no longer have the bottomless option so you can try multiple combos. It's still a very tasty meal and their dining room is back open! I love the sweet ginger garlic seasoning.

This place is amazing and the staff is always super friendly. The food is top notch and I catch myself daydreaming about my next trip lol. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Healthy options, pick your own ingredients friendly staff. Good amount of TVs and a full bar. What more could you ask for?

I’m usually not one to complain, but we just went to have lunch here and sat there for almost 10 minutes without even getting our drink order taken. There were maybe 5 other tables total so it wasn’t like they were busy. We’ve usually never had anything but great service when we come here, so it was disappointing to have such poor service this time. Saw two servers glance at our table a couple of times and never bothered to wait on us. The host was very kind and polite though while seating us.

We typically have a really good experience here! The service was still wonderful. However, I almost broke my flip flops from sticking to the floor throughout the restaurant. I also found a thin black hair in my food. I'm a tad grossed out. But I'll try it again in a couple of months to see if it's gotten better.

Love their new scheme. Let the staff get the food. Less mess!

The food was good, and very fresh. I thought the shrimp were extremely small and wouldn’t order them again. I did an online order, which was very convenient, but I had to wait there for 30 minutes past the quoted pickup time for the order. Two of our bowls were missing some of the ingredients, as well. I might try it again because the food was good, but they need to work on managing their time quotes for takeout orders.

Quick seating every time I've went. Fast service on drinks and very kind and helpful staff. Regardless of what size bowel I get I always leave full and sometimes with enough to eat later when the munchies hit. Will definitely come back again.

You are the master of your own meal. If you don't like it, it's most likely you're own fault. I've never had anything cooked poorly

The staff was Great, food was ok. The restaurant had somewhat of an odor. I also felt that the food bar could have been cleaner and neater.

I had visited this place in another state and really liked it. Oklahoma however does not offer the same experience. You pick a biel size then fill it with meat and they will cook it. I left before eating because the selection of food was so poor. To bad.

The floors were VERY sticky, it smelled awful, and my boyfriend said the men’s restroom toilet seat disgusting and the urinal was COVERED in pubs!! Don’t get me wrong, the food was fun and good, but clean up your act, literally!

This is a neat place. We've never had to wait for a table. The concept is Mongolian BBQ where customers can hand pick their own raw ingredients from a buffet line, then their meal is prepared by cooks on a large flat grill ... sort of like a wok, only flat. I love the ability to choose what I want in my dinner from the wide selection of available options: meats, veggies & fruits, seasonings and sauces. Choice of 1 or 2 types of starch depending on bowl size. I get the smallest bowl size and put as much as possible in it before handing it over to the cooks. I usually request the noodles. It's always cooked perfectly and tastes great! My bowl is a small (on the right), medium is in the middle and a large on the left. I suggest going easy on the seasoning at first (especially the salts) and tasting the sauces before making a selection. Some are pretty spicy! I think this is a fun place where your meal can be as healthy as you want it to be. The drinks are tasty too!

Do not use Take out. They absolutely cannot get an online order correct. Pandemic or not, they never get it right. I have ordered online 3 times now. Twice prior to the current situation. And each time it is incorrect. This time with no customers in house to distract them, they still fail to correctly complete three bowls I ordered online. If you seek service inside I would give it 2.5 stars. I am done with this place. They have failed.

It is an experience in dining. More then you can eat, which is always a blessing, had another meal the next day for lunch. All of that is just fine but the real experience is the customer service. Our waitress was so patient with me. I had never before filled a bowl with meats, fishes, veges, then thrown on a hot grill. Truly fun, great people, the cooking staff having fun with you, customer service, customer service, customer service. Oh did I mention? The food superb. I'm afraid they are stuck with me now. Thanks everyone 5 knives straight up!

Wouldn't let me place an order to go despite allowing people to walk in and place their orders to go. If you don't wany customers just put it on your front door from now on.

Ordered online for $ 22 bucks two regular bowls and the portion size was smaller than a pack of ramen. All veggies were burnt and the sauce was so salty I was unable to eat any of it. Greatly disappointed!!!!

My family and I absolutely love this place. We’ve tried to come and eat twice in the last week. They’ve been closed both times due to not having hot water? Call and check if they have hot water before driving to eat here. :(

The food and service were awesome. I love being able to pick as many raw meats as I want and having it cooked fresh!

Very interesting place. You collect meat, vegetables and sauce than it wil be cooked for you. So it's like you decide yourself what and how shall be cooked. Visited this place twice. Recommend it!

I am a frequent visiting customer to genghis. The food is always amazing and I always get good customer service. However, tonight was the worst serving experience I have experienced, anywhere, ever. My server, Hailey, was the worst waitress I have ever had. We were there over an hour and a half. For an hour she didn’t check on us, bring more water or ever look my direction. I was trying to get her attention for an hour for some more water. Once she finally brought more water she quickly left before I was able to ask for a to go box. We had to wait another 15 minutes to ask for a to go box. Then another 15 to ask for and get our checks. Meanwhile I never even got a to go box. If the restaurant was busy I would have been very understanding. But there was 6 tables all together (On and off for the hour and a half). We also tried to get the manager’s attention but he was hardly seen at all. Very disappointed in this experience.

The food always tastes great, the ingredients are fresh, service is great. There was a decrease in the overall portion size, in my opinion, but that wouldn't deter me from going there again and again. Overall, I would recommend to try it out, I guarantee you guys will like it a lot. And those who like to create your own flavors, will have a blast doing that. Enjoy!

This is one of the best customer service restaurants around. All the times I've been here I dont think I have ever received bad service. Food: The way I see it is. If you dont like it its your own fault. You put what you want in your bowl. From the meat,veggies, seasoning, sauce and then you pick out your filler like fried rice or brown rice etc.,etc., TIP*** Fill your bowl to the top with all the food you want. ( My first visit I made the mistake of leaving room for the rice. Only to find out that the rice is added after you are done with your bowl.) I love this place only problem is it can be a bit pricey for a family of 4 with 2 medium bowls and 2 small bowls, appetizer and 4 drinks was about $55.00 So we come here for special occasions. To be honest my wife doesn't like it as much and my 2 sons and I. I definitely recommend you at least try it.

Ordered online and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I still don’t have food and no offer of a drink while waiting or anything. Was told “we only have so many spots on the grill.” I understand that but if that’s the case don’t tell me to come in 30 minutes. My time is valuable too. No apology, no offer of compensation or anything.

Genghis Grill in Moore never fails to over exceed expectations. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager Matt always makes you feel welcomed! Our family absolutely loves it! The Frozen Blue Dragon is one of the BEST around!
